To manage your reservation on Booking.com for Business, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Access the ‘Bookings’ section
Sign in to your Booking.com for Business account. On the top left menu of the dashboard, you will find the ‘Bookings’ button. Click on this to navigate to the ‘Manage booking’ page. Here, you will see a list of all the reservations associated with your Booking.com for Business account.
Step 2: Select the reservation
You can use filters to customise your view if needed. Select the reservation you want to manage.
Step 3: Modify or Cancel the reservation
The ‘Modify’ or ‘Cancel’ buttons are at the top right of the page. Click on the respective button and follow the provided steps to make the desired changes.
If you can’t cancel or modify the reservation online, a pop-up window will appear with relevant information. It will include a link to the contact details page of CWT, who provide our customer support. You can find contact information for CWT in the confirmation and/or itinerary email you received when making the reservation.
Please note that any changes made outside of Booking.com for Business may not be reflected in your account.
