Invoices for accommodation are issued directly by the property you stayed at. To obtain your invoice, follow these steps:
- Contact the property: Find the property's contact information on your confirmation email. Reach out to them directly via phone, email, or the messaging feature. We recommend requesting the invoice during your stay.
- Provide reservation details: When contacting the property, include your reservation details as this will help the property locate your booking faster.
- Specify format preference (optional): If you have a preferred format for receiving the invoice, please inform the property during your request.

Flights
If you require an invoice for your flight booking, please contact CWT. CWT is our third-party service provider responsible for handling invoices for flight bookings made through Booking.com for Business.
Follow these steps to request your invoice:
- Email CWT: Send an email to CWT requesting your invoice.
- Clearly indicate the purpose of your email by including "invoice request” in the subject line.
- Provide invoice request details: In the email body, provide the following information for faster processing:
- Traveller name: The full name of the passenger on the flight.
- Departure date: The date your flight departed.
- First destination: The city or airport where your flight first arrived.
- Booking reference: A unique reference number associated with your flight reservation (usually found on your confirmation email).
Please note that processing times for invoices may vary depending on the flight provider. Please check your confirmation email for any additional information regarding invoice requests.
Car rental
Invoices for car rental bookings are not available through Booking.com for Business. To obtain your invoice, please contact the car rental supplier directly by locating the supplier’s contact information. This can be found on the:
- Confirmation email: Your confirmation email should include the supplier's name and contact details.
- Rental agreement: The rental agreement you received when picking up the car may also have contact information for the supplier.
- Supplier’s website: Visit the website of the car rental company you used. They should have a ‘Contact us’ section or a customer service phone number listed.

Please note that processing times for invoices may vary depending on the car rental supplier. Some suppliers may offer the option to download your invoice. You can also request the invoice directly when picking up or dropping off the rental car.
