If your flight is cancelled by the airline, you can reach out to the counsellor of CWT for any questions. They will help you to apply for a refund from the airline. Once the airline confirms, a refund will be issued.

CWT always complies with the airline’s regulations for cancellations and refunds. If several airlines are involved in the trip, CWT will need confirmation from each airline. 

When the refund is made, the payment will be reversed. If you paid with a credit card, the charge will be refunded to the same card. The time until refunds are received depends on the airline’s processing times, which CWT has no influence on.
