Only Administrators can set up Traxo.
1. Go to the Traxo module located on the dashboard of your Booking.com for Business account and click on ‘Set up now’.
2. The list of requirements needed to set up Traxo will be visible. Click on ‘Continue’.
3. Read and accept the Traxo terms and conditions.
4. Confirm your business email address, hosted by Google Workspace or Microsoft Exchange.
5. Click on ‘Send my Set Up Kit’. An email will then be sent to your email address with the Set Up Kit for your organisation.
6. Follow the instructions provided in your Set Up Kit depending on your workspace. If you don’t have IT administrative access to your mail service, forward the Traxo instructions email to your IT administrator to complete your set up.
7. Once the previous steps have been completed, go back to the dashboard, tick the ‘My set up is complete’ box and click on ‘Continue’.
8. Traxo is now capturing new bookings. Click on ‘Done’ to finalise the process.
Note: Gmail, Outlook, Hotmail, YahooMail, GMX and other non-business email services are not supported by the Traxo feature.
