Step 1: Start a Flight Booking
- Click on the ‘Flights’ tab on the dashboard.
- Fill in the details of the flight: destination, type of flight, departure and return dates. It's also possible to book for someone else
Note: If you book a return or one-way flight for yourself, you will be automatically led to step 3 (skipping step 2)
Step 1a: Set-up who is travelling?
- From the dashboard select “Book flights"
- Search for and select the required traveller, click 'Apply' to confirm. If you’d like to book for a guest, begin typing their name and you’ll see the option to add a guest traveller. A guest traveller is someone who does not have a profile within your business account and you would like to make a reservation for.
- To remove the traveller select the traveler’s icon.
Currently you can only select one traveller per booking process.
Note: Flight bookings are only available in select countries. If you're unable to find the flight option, it means that the flight feature is currently unavailable for the country selected in your account. To determine the countries from where you can book a flight, we recommend checking the list of supported countries.
Step 2: Set up the itinerary
- Select the departure city/airport, date, and time.
- Select the Going home? link if you’re returning to the same location you arrived from.
- If you’re going to a different destination, fill out the ... or somewhere else? field
- If additional flights are required, click the “+” icon and select the flight option
To complete the set-up of your itinerary, click Continue to itinerary.
Step 3: Select your flight
