Only administrators are authorised to create and update profiles.
To update a profile:
- Access the Administration menu: Click on the bottom left option on your dashboard to navigate to the 'Administration' menu.
- Go to Manage Team: Locate the 'Manage Team' section in the administration menu where you can manage profiles for your Booking.com for Business account.
- Select the pencil icon next to the user's profile you wish to update.
- Choose a role from the dropdown menu under "Role."
- Press on the "Save" button.
You can also change multiple profiles simultaneously to the same role:
- Check the box next to the users' names for all the profiles you want to update.
- Click on the three dots at the top left and choose a new role from the dropdown menu.
- Select the new role from the dropdown menu.
