Guest traveller
A guest traveller is someone who does not have a profile in your Booking.com for Business account, but for whom you’d like to make a reservation.
Managing guest traveller profiles
Please note: New guest traveller profiles are no longer saved in your Booking.com for Business account. However, you can still view and manage any guest profiles that were previously added.
To manage existing guest profiles:
- Go to the ‘Administration’ menu on your dashboard.
- Select ‘Manage team’ to open the team and guest management section.
- Click the ‘Guests’ tab to view the list of saved guest traveller profiles.
- To update or delete a profile, click the pen icon next to the guest’s information.
