What is a guest traveller?

A guest traveller is someone you’re booking on behalf of who doesn't have a profile in your Booking.com for Business account. You can book accommodations for guest travellers:

To book accommodation for a guest traveller, follow these steps:

1. Select the desired room.
2. In the ‘Traveller’ section, start typing the guest’s name.
3. A pop-up will appear asking you to add a new guest traveller profile.
4. Fill in the required information.
5. Click ‘Confirm’ to save the guest's details to the reservation.
6. Continue the booking process to complete the reservation.

Tip

Before starting the booking process, you should contact your guest traveller to make sure you have all relevant info (e.g. dietary requirements, date of birth, etc.)
