To manage your reservation on Booking.com for Business, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Access the "Bookings" section
Log in to your Booking.com for Business account. From the dashboard, click on "Bookings" in the top-left menu. This will take you to the "Manage booking" page, where you can view all reservations associated with your account.
Step 2: Select the reservation
If needed, you can use filters to customise your view. Then, select the reservation you wish to manage.
Step 3: Modify or cancel the reservation
To modify the reservation:
Click the "Modify" button at the top right of the page. You will be redirected to the Booking.com Help Centre, where you can make changes to your reservation.
To cancel the reservation:
Click the "Cancel" button at the top right of the page. A confirmation page will appear with the booking details. Confirm the cancellation by clicking "Cancel trip."
