Only administrators can add an AirPlus card to the system. You can add an AirPlus card either as a company card (for use by all travellers) or as a personal card (for use only by you).
Add an AirPlus card as a company card (for all travellers)
- Click on ‘Administration’ in the bottom-left corner of the dashboard to open the 'Administration' menu.
- In the left-hand menu, navigate to the ‘Payment’ section. Here, you can manage company credit cards.
- Click on the ‘Add card’ button and enter the AirPlus card details.
- Click ‘Save’ to confirm.
The AirPlus card is now available for use by all travellers in your business account.
Add an AirPlus card as a personal card (for your use only)
- From the dashboard, click on your initials or profile picture in the top-right corner of the page.
- Select ‘Manage account’ from the dropdown menu.
- You’ll be taken to ‘My profile’. Look for the ‘Payment methods’ section, where you can add a credit card.
- Click on ‘Add credit card’ and enter the AirPlus card details.
- Click ‘Apply’ to save.’
How to make a booking with an AirPlus card
Once the AirPlus card has been added to your Booking.com for Business account or your business profile, you can use it to make bookings. Please note that AirPlus can only be used for ‘Pay at the property’ rates.
Airplus can only be used for Pay at Property rates.
- Start the booking process and, on the check out page, select ‘Pay at the property’ as your payment method.
- Choose the AirPlus card you want to use for the reservation.
- The AirPlus DBI fields will automatically appear. Complete the required information and save it.
- Finish the reservation process.
