Only an administrator can add or invite users.
If you encounter an error while attempting to add or invite a user, it may be due to the following reasons:
- The user you are trying to add already has a business account associated with their email address, which serves as their login credentials. Each email address can only be linked to one Booking.com for Business account. In this scenario, they must delete their current business account before being invited to join yours.
- When inputting the user's information, avoid using special characters. The system does not currently support special characters; please use only Latin characters for inputting user details.
