To manage your reservation on Booking.com for Business, follow these steps:
Step 1: Access the “Bookings” section
Sign in to your Booking.com for Business account. In the top-left menu of the dashboard, you’ll find the “Bookings” button. Click it and navigate to the “Manage booking” page. Here you’ll see a list of all the reservations associated with your Booking.com for Business account.
Step 2: Select the reservation
You can use filters to customize your view. Select the reservation you want to manage.
Step 3: Modify or cancel the reservation
The “Modify” and “Cancel” buttons are at the top-right of the page. Click one, then follow the steps provided to make your changes.
If you can’t cancel or modify the reservation online, a pop-up will appear with the relevant information. It will include a link to the contact page of CWT, who provides our customer support. You can find CWT’s contact info in the confirmation and/or itinerary email that you received when booking.
Note: Any changes made outside of Booking.com for Business may not appear in your account.
