Accommodations
Invoices for accommodations are issued directly by the property you stayed at. To get an invoice, follow these steps:
- Contact the property: Find the property's contact info in your confirmation email. Contact them directly by phone, email, or the messaging feature. We recommend requesting the invoice during your stay.
- Provide reservation details: When contacting the property, include your reservation details – this will help them find your booking faster.
- Specify format preference (optional): If you have a preferred format for the invoice, let the property know in your request.

Flights
If you need an invoice for your flight booking, contact CWT. CWT is our third-party service provider responsible for handling invoices for flight bookings made through Booking.com for Business.
Follow these steps to request an invoice:
- Email CWT: Send an email to CWT asking for your invoice.
- Clearly indicate the purpose of your email by including "invoice request” in the subject line.
- Provide invoice request details: In the body of the email, provide the following information for faster processing:
- Traveler name: The full name of the passenger on the flight.
- Departure date: The date your flight departed.
- First destination: The city or airport you flew to.
- Booking reference: A unique reference number associated with your flight reservation (usually found in your confirmation email).
Note: Processing times for invoices may vary depending on the flight provider. Check your confirmation email for any additional info on invoice requests.
Car rental
Invoices for car rentals aren’t available through Booking.com for Business. To get an invoice, reach out to the rental company directly. You can find their contact information in the:
- Confirmation email: Your confirmation email should include the company's name and contact info.
- Rental agreement: The rental agreement you received when picking up the car might also have their contact info.
- Supplier’s website: Visit the website of the car rental company. It should have a “Contact” section or a customer service phone number listed.

Note: Processing times for invoices may vary depending on the car rental company. Some companies may offer the option to download your invoice. You can also request the invoice directly when picking up or dropping off the car.
