Only the reservations made through Booking.com for Business will be visible in your Booking.com for Business account.

If the reservation wasn’t booked via the Booking.com for Business website, it might be located in your Booking.com personal account. Check this by accessing your personal account here. 

Note: It isn’t possible to move a reservation from your personal account to your Booking.com for Business account.
