Step 1: Start a flight booking
- Click the Flights tab in the dashboard.
- Enter the flight details – destination, type of flight, departure, and return date. It's also possible to book for someone else
Note: If you book a round-trip or one-way flight for yourself, you’ll automatically be taken to step 3 (skipping step 2)
Step 1a: Who’s traveling?
- On the dashboard, select Book flights.
- Search for and select the traveler, then click Apply to confirm. To book for a guest, start typing their name and you’ll see the option to add a guest traveler. A guest traveler is someone who doesn’t have a profile in your business account and you’d like to make a reservation for.
- To remove the traveler, select the traveler’s icon.
Currently, you can select only one traveler per booking process.
Note: Flight bookings are only available in select countries. If you can’t find the flight option, it means the flight feature is currently unavailable for the country selected in your account. To determine the countries you can book a flight from, we recommend checking this list of supported countries.
Step 2: Set up the itinerary
- Select the departure city/airport, date, and time.
- Select Going home? if you’re returning to the same location you departed from.
- If you’re going to a different destination, fill out the ... or somewhere else? section
- If additional flights are required, click the + icon and select the flight option
To finish setting up your itinerary, click Continue to itinerary.
Step 3: Select your flight

- Make sure the traveler and itinerary details are correct and payment details are completed.
- The Special requests and additional info section provides the opportunity to add further details if required.

This is a checklist to indicate all mandatory info for the booking.
- For each row with an amber exclamation icon, click the icon and you'll be taken to the section of the page that needs to be finalized before completing the booking.
- Enter / Select the required details.
- The amber exclamation icon will now appear as a green tick.
- Complete each row until all items display the green tick.
