1. To cancel an accommodation go to Bookings > Manage bookings. Find the booking you wish to change by clicking the PNR (Booking reference).
2. Click the Actions button for the accommodation you wish to cancel and select Cancel hotel booking from the drop-down list.
3. Then on the Cancel Hotel prompt, click Yes.
If there’s a cancellation policy, you’ll be required to accept it to continue with the cancellation. In some scenarios, cancelling a hotel may incur hotel cancellation fee.
