If you request and have the right to a refund for your flight, we’ll help you to get it. First we’ll request the refund from the airline. Then the airline has to approve the request for the refund process to begin.
The refund depends on the airline's processing times. These can vary significantly between different airlines, which unfortunately we can’t influence. We’ll do our best to ensure that any refund you’re owed is sent to you as soon as possible.
When the refund is made, we reverse the payment. This means, for example, that if you paid for your trip with a card the refund will be sent to the same card.
