Guest traveler
A guest traveler is someone you’d like to make a reservation for but who doesn’t have a profile in your Booking.com for Business account.
Managing guest traveler profiles
Note: New guest traveler profiles are no longer saved in your Booking.com for Business account. However, you can still view and manage any guest profiles that were added before.
To manage existing profiles:
- Go to the “Administration” menu in your dashboard.
- Select “Manage team” to open the team and guest management section.
- Click the “Guests” tab to view the list of saved guest traveler profiles.
- To update or delete a profile, click the pen icon next to the guest’s info.
