How to book a rental car

From the Booking.com for Business dashboard, click Rental cars.
Specify the location (airport, city, or station) where you’ll pick up and drop off the car.
Choose your preferred pick-up and drop-off dates and times, then click Search.
Use the filters to refine your search based on preferences (e.g. car type, price, etc.).
Once you've chosen a car, double-check your booking details like the rules, provider terms, and conditions, then click "Continue to book.”
Choose an insurance option: Decide whether you want to book with or without full protection insurance. Then continue to confirm your booking.
After finishing the booking process, you’ll receive a confirmation email from Booking.com.

Note: Car rental bookings aren’t currently visible in your Booking.com for Business account and must be managed through your personal Booking.com account.

To access your personal account:

Click your name in the top-right corner of the screen.
Select Switch to personal and choose Visit Booking.com.
