What is a guest traveler?

A guest traveler is someone you’re booking on behalf of who doesn't have a profile in your Booking.com for Business account. You can book accommodations for guest travelers:

To book accommodations for a guest traveler, follow these steps:

1. Select the desired room.
2. Start typing the guest’s name in the “Traveler” section.
3. A pop-up will appear asking you to add a new guest traveler profile.
4. Fill in the required information.
5. Click “Confirm” to save the guest's details to the reservation.
6. Continue the booking process to complete the reservation.

Tip

Before starting the booking process, contact your guest traveler to make sure you have all relevant info (e.g. dietary requirements, date of birth, etc.)
