To manage your reservation on Booking.com for Business, follow these steps:
Step 1: Access the "Bookings" section
Log in to your Booking.com for Business account. From the dashboard, click "Bookings" in the top-left menu. This will take you to the "Manage booking" page, where you can view all reservations associated with your account.
Step 2: Select the reservation
You can use filters to customize your view. Then select the reservation you want to manage.
Step 3: Modify or cancel the reservation
To modify the reservation:
Click "Modify" at the top-right of the page. You’ll be redirected to the Booking.com Help Center, where you can make changes to your reservation.
To cancel the reservation:
Click "Cancel" at the top-right of the page. A confirmation page with the booking details will appear. Confirm the cancellation by clicking "Cancel trip."
