Only an Administrator can delete users from the company account via the Administration portal. To do so, follow these steps:
Step 1: In the menu go to > Administration > Manage Team
Step 2: For the profile you want to delete, select Edit
Step 3: Click DELETE
Step 4: Select the checkbox, and click “Delete.”
Note:
When a user is successfully deleted, the following will occur:
- Upon log-in, the deleted user will no longer be re-directed to the business account and instead will log in to their personal account
- The user profile will be “disabled” from the business account
- The user profile will no longer display in the administration portal or the business account
- The deleted user’s bookings will remain with the company
As a business account must always have at least one profile, you will be unable to delete your own profile if it is the only one in the business account. You then need to delete your Booking.com for Business account. Find out how to delete your Booking.com for Business account here
