To change or cancel your train tickets, click here: https://www.bahn.com/
Select Booking information > Exchange or cancellation, then click Without a “My Bahn” customer account order search.
Then add the Order number and the traveler’s last name.
You can now retrieve your booking for any adjustments or cancellations.
Note: Any changes made on the Deutsche Bahn website will not be reflected in your Booking.com for Business account.
