To change the currency, adjust the country location in your account. The currency shown in your account aligns with the country chosen in your account settings.
Administrators must enable the option for users to change their country settings from the administration page. To do this, administrators can:
- Go to the Administration section (found at the bottom of the menu bar).
- Select “Countries and regions.”
- Click “Add country or region.”
- Enter the desired location in the country or region field.
- Choose the location and save the changes. The location will then be active for the company.
Once the administrator enables the country, travel arrangers and travelers can select their preferred location from the dashboard.
Note: Once a location is added to your account, it can’t be removed.
