Only an administrator can add or invite users.
If you encounter an error while attempting to add or invite a user, it could be due to these reasons:
- The user you’re trying to add already has a business account associated with their email address, which serves as their log-in credentials. Each email address can only be linked to one Booking.com for Business account. In this case, they must delete their current business account before being invited to join yours.
- When entering the user's info, avoid using special characters. The system doesn’t currently support special characters. Only use Latin characters when entering user details.
