Rental car reservations are managed through your personal Booking.com account or app, not within Booking.com for Business.
To manage, change, or cancel your rental car booking:
- Access your Booking.com account.
- Click on your profile, located at the top right of the page and click on “Bookings & Trips”
- Select the reservation you want to modify or cancel and proceed with the changes.
