  To use Booking.com for Business, each traveller must have a profile. Only administrators are authorised to create profiles or invite users to join the company's Booking.com for Business account.

  Establishing profiles for your team allows you to define each user's permissions and roles from the outset. You can create these profiles either by entering details manually or by uploading a spreadsheet.

  Creating profiles manually

  1. Access the Administration menu: Click on the bottom left option in your dashboard to go to the 'Administration' menu. 
  2. Go to Invite team: Look for the section labelled ‘Invite team’ in the administration menu. Here, you will find the option to either invite users or create a profile for them. 
  3. Fill in the required information: Complete all necessary fields, including title, first name, last name, and email address.  
  4. Choose the user role: Select a role for each user (Administrator, Arranger, Traveller, or Commuter). Each role comes with different permissions and access to the Booking.com for Business account.
  5. Click ‘Create Now’: An email notification will be sent to each individual, providing instructions on how to log in and set their password. The invitation will expire in seven days. If this occurs, you'll need to return here and follow the steps again to recreate your profile.

  

   

  Creating multiple profiles by uploading a file

  1. Access the 'Administration' menu: Click on the bottom left option in your dashboard to go to the 'Administration' menu. 
  2. Go to Invite team: Look for the section labelled ‘Invite team’ in the administration menu. Here, you will find the option to either invite users or create a profile for them. 
  3. Click on ‘Download template’ to download the template  
  4. Refer to the ‘Example and more info’ tab in the Excel sheet to populate the ‘Enter your team’ tab.
  5. Save as CSV format: After entering all required information, save the file in CSV format. 
  6. Upload the CSV file: Click the ‘Upload file’ button to upload the CSV file, or simply drag and drop the file into the designated area.
  7. Confirm upload: Once uploaded, the user profiles will appear in your Booking.com for Business account. A welcome email will be sent to each new user, guiding them on how to log in and create their password. The invitation will expire after seven days. If this happens, you'll need to return here and repeat these steps to recreate the profiles of any team members whose invites have expired.

  Useful information

  Please ensure the username matches the individual's passport or photo ID. The system does not currently support special characters, so please use only Latin characters.

  Additional information

  Email addresses cannot be modified once saved. To correct an address, you'll need to create a new profile.

  Invoices are managed directly by the service provider. Booking.com does not issue invoices, but you can find a detailed price breakdown and payment receipt in your booking confirmation. To request an invoice:

  • For accommodation - invoices are always provided by the property. Reach out to them directly to receive the invoice. If you need assistance, contact customer service.
  • For flights - You can download your proof of payment from your flight’s booking details page. You can find this page when your booking is confirmed or under "Bookings & Trips." in your Booking.com leisure account. If you booked a flight within the US with JetBlue, you can request your invoice by calling the airline directly.
  • For car rental - request your invoice from Manage booking by choosing “receipt,” or by contacting customer service.
